Here is the detailed legal analysis by two former Navy attorneys closely familiar with documents and procedures of the time. Evidence mounts that Kerry received an Other Than Honorable Discharge that was later whitewashed by Jimmy Carter.

I only wish this could come to the mainstream so that all American people could know about it before Tuesday.

And lest we forget ... former President Carter also pardoned klintoon ... and just imagine, that draft-dodger could not have been elected to any office otherwise.

Nothing about kerry matters. . . he's just a place holder. The campaign is simply between President Bush and anti-President Bush. The normal campaign methods of trying to study both candidates doesn't work here because the 'Rats have already accepted the worthlessness of their candidate but THEY DON'T CARE! They're only voting for the not-Bush-ness of him.

It's far too late for this to make any difference, even if Dan Rather read it on the air today.

Points well taken. And even if it had been available earlier, the excuses-for-journalism prevailing in this country would have suppressed it. No matter the events, I am deeply concerned about the dereliction and bias of our major media. It's deeper and more blatant than ever. We cannot let that issue rest. And as for Kerry, no matter the events, we cannot let him skate. It is dangerous to collude in the 'group think' that led this fake to be a serious candidate and his entourage to have such a grip on what Daniel Boorstin called the "pseudo-events" in America.
