Kerry's non-honorable discharge Exclusive: Earl Lively makes solid case
World Net Daily ^ | October 31, 2004 | Earl Lively

Posted on 10/31/2004 5:22:31 AM PST by xtinct

There is overwhelming evidence that the Navy gave John Kerry either a dishonorable discharge or an undesirable discharge – which is the equivalent of a dishonorable discharge without the felony conviction – and that, as a result of such discharge, he was stripped of all of his famous but questionable Navy awards and medals. And the kicker? The evidence is on his website!

"A man who evidently has been found unfit for military service could become Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces."

And what a sad day that would be.

A man who evidently has been found unfit for military service could become Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces. It is time for the facts hidden in his records to be disclosed.

Lies! Lies! Liar! Liar! [/Democrat Impression]

It's really a shame that people don't want to look at the life of a candidate they're voting for, all because the leaders of their party tell them that this is the right man for the job. Ah, to be ignorant.

It's sickening.

The RATS would vote for a trained monkey as long as he was a RAT. They don't care about the morals or ethics a man has, as long as that man is a RAT. Disgusting.

I guess "leaders of their party," includes the MSM...since they are complicit, IMHO, in keeping this story from the voters....

"A document on Kerry's website is a form letter from W. Graham Claytor, Carter's Secretary of the Navy, which grants his Honorable Discharge.

Secretary Claytor's letter says that this action to award an Honorable Discharge Certificate is taken in accordance with Title 10, U.S. Code, Sections 1162 and 1163, which deal with grounds for involuntary separation of a reserve officer and provide for the action of "a board of officers" to examine an officer's records and review previous actions. Obviously, this was the aforementioned board for appeal resulting from President Carter's executive order. Unless Lt. Kerry had previously received an undesirable discharge, he had nothing to appeal and would not have come before this board."

This story is more than a week old. Not the article...the story. It has already been blacked out by the MSM. It will not be heard before election day unless some seriously high Republicans make an issue of it. And that won't happen.

This is NOT a "solid case" at all.

Commissioned officers do not necessarily receive certificates of discharge near the end of what, for enlisted personnel is the period of military obligation for their (enlisted person's) enlistment.

Officers remain commissioned until they resign their commission or the Navy decides they are not longer of service to the country.

Thus, an officer may not receive a certificate of discharge for several years, long after his or her active duty, let alone inactive and/or standby duties, if any.

There is no evidence of any certificate of discharge for Lt. John F. Kerry, that is a less than Honorable Discharge.

I'm sure members of the media will be questioning Kerry about this story.

Many of us in FR have sent this information over the past months to Fox and MSNBC and the rest of the media, to include Sean Hannity.........and yet, the media will not cover this bomb shell.

Why?

Earl's daughter is a friend of mine and we were all at a large gathering a week ago, where Col. Lively was telling this story. He was also a guest on Fox & Friends some weeks back during RATHERGATE. Lively makes a great case.

Read my post #16. We have tried and tried over the past months to get this out to the media. To no avail. They won't touch it.
