Yawn. Keep whining and let the good capitalists at the radio station make a buck! Rock is dead (unfotunatly).

I don't see why people should get their panties in a wad about this. If the money is in Spanish language programming, than let these good people make their living. If nobody listens and advertisers abandon them, maybe they can become a hip hop or country station.

And America slowly transforms into Mexico -- one barber shop, one house, one radio station at a time.

Time to play Ace's Accordian Race--Loveline

"Ranchero music is horrible, a crime like nazism..." -- Adam Corala

My question is when will someone start up a radio format that is 1970's-80's alternative?

I live down in the Salinas area. The only conservative AM station, 1380AM, switched to big band music on Thursday. No more Rush and Reagan in the car.

If what passes for today's rock music didn't suck so bad, maybe this could have been avoided.

It's a shame that KSJO had to go but I was getting tired of the same ol routine anyways. 107.7 The Bone is so much better! Everything on 107 is better, even Lamont and Tonelli are better on the Bone. Sometimes i don't get them in the office while i'm working but what's so cool is that I can stream them from their website. (www.1077thebone.com)
