On now..
Rush says how frustrating to him and his audience to watch Kerry lie, he can only imagine how frustrating to the campaign.
Cheney says basically they're used it. He thinks it points to no inner core, just a long litany of complaints and playing to polls.
Is there any freepers in Hawaii?
Likely to be in Honolululu...couple of hours
Explosives? See the press conference--any impact on campaign? --Clearly Kerry doesn't know what he's taking about, big chunk of stuff wasn't there, Major was very effective today, got there in proper time, saw stuff and BLEW IT UP!!!
Continuing mystery as to why Kerry seeks to advance his campaign by criticizing the US Military but NEVER EVER the UN etc. How does that bother you? ---K's campaign is a long litany of complaints, that aren't true. No core set of beliefs, motivated by the moment he is at at the time, wild gyrations in complaints...
More coming...
Is everyone logging onto WLS at the same time? I got kicked off and can't get back on to listen. :-(
Cheney: "kerry's whole campaign a litany of complaints. no core set of beliefs there to steer him through good days and bad."
I don't know if there are any Freepers there. If so, it is soooo liberal (well, maybe not), you wouldn't be surprised if they kept a low profile.
When just asked about the weapons dump criticisms by Kerry, Mr. Cheney replied "Senator Kerry doesn't know what he's talking about". I love his directness.
VP calls the Kerry campaign, a 'litany of complaints with no solutions.'
Out of the 10 Battleground states.....BC'04 is UP OR EVEN in 8!!!!
Rush asks Cheney for his read on the polls.
He says he remembers asking Cheney after the DUI had come out how he felt and he felt good and it turned out close.
Cheney says he feels good this time, too. (better, was his tone) Knows it turned out close last time but he has never seen on the ground excitement like he has this year. Mentions being in Eau Claire, WI and the offices are packed with volunteers and such.
but but but he "has a plan"
LMAO
If I hear him say "I have a plan" one more time I will barf.
Cheney: "I feel good about this election...been in 48 states....intensity higher than i've ever seen it. Hundreds show up in Eau Claire. Hard fought contest."
Interesting about them watching Hawaii for a while. This is what Jim Geraghty at NRO's Kerry Spot reported that his campaign insider told him.
That is what I like about the Bush campaign. Calm and collective.
He's talking about the intensity he feels in the campaign. GW has mentioned this also, but only briefly. Rush asking why Prez going into dem areas while Kerry going to areas that should be his base. VP says it's a feeling we're battling more on their turf. Doable for us this time around.
He said he wouldn't go "that far" (to Hawaii) if they didn't really think it was winnable.
You online?
Cheney: "Kerry going to friendly turf, I'm going to wi and Pa and HI."
