I agree with everyone here who thinks this doesn't pass the "smell test."
I think this is nothing but a media ploy.
It is amazing how they are now willing to trade their credibility and go down in flames with NYT and CBS just because they hate GW so much.
ON the other hand, I really don't know if this would cause Bush to win or lose. The sheeple in this country are SO unpredictable.
The only problem is that every time one of the media is caught in a lie and goes down in flames, it hurts the media rather then the president. Such stupidity would be contrary to the their objective of getting Bush out of office.
Have no doubt, the entire left's terminal arrogance and their mass media's mindless hatred of the president is enough to cause them to really, truly do the stupid and illegal things they've been doing this year.
