Michael Moore, director of the anti-Bush polemic Fahrenheit 9/11, will be appearing on a special US edition of Question Time this Thursday. The Oscar-winning director will be appearing alongside David Frum - the man behind President Bush's phrase "axis of evil" - and with Richard Littlejohn, outspoken columnist for Britain's biggest circulation daily newspaper, the Sun.
Question Time presenter, David Dimbleby says viewers of the programme should "expect fireworks".
"Our panel, which has powerful and even polemical voices on both sides, will be a lively display of the arguments before an audience of voters in one of the crucial states which the candidates are fighting hard to secure."
In Miami, Florida, just five days before the election, Sidney Blumenthal, a senior White House advisor to President Clinton will also be answering the questions in front of a live studio audience.
David Dimbleby says: "The presidential election is exciting more interest in America than any election in decades. More people are engaged in the arguments, more people are likely to vote."
"The key argument for both camps is the war in Iraq and who would be best at controlling terrorism."
Michael Moore is perhaps the most vitriolic critic of President Bush's policies and is appearing on Question Time for the second time. He also took part two years ago when Question Time visited New York one year after the 11 September terrorist attacks on the city.
The location for Thursday's debate in Florida marks its status as one of the key swing states which will determine the outcome of the election, just as it did four years ago when the final result was decided in the courts.
Again, the vote in Florida is likely to come under intense scrutiny, and Lida Rodriguez-Taseff of the Miami Electoral Reform Coalition completes the Question Time panel.
Question Time will be shown on BBC One as normal and will also be broadcast on BBC World. You can also watch the programme from this page from 2245 BST (2145 GMT) this Thursday.

I like David Frum, but I am a bit concerned that Moore just might eat his lunch in more ways than one. Now if Moore were having to face down Ann Coulter?

Eastern Daylight Time is four hours behind GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). So 2145 GMT = 1745 EDT, 5:45 pm Eastern on Thursday.
BST is British Summer Time, their version of our daylight savings time, and is one hour ahead of GMT.
