Props to WND on following up on this story.
It would be great to see this story come out as part of a 1-2 punch. November 2 would be election day 1984 all over again.

Russia knows we have spys in the skys and would have seen them transfering the stuff out of there. I think Saddam lived his whole political life by merely surviving to fight another day.
I think Russian saw that we were going to attack and TOOK it. What could Saddam do to stop them...nothing.
Russia's name was all over the wmd and couldn't let the world see 'Made In Russia' splayed all over the world.
Saddam survived the war in '91, he figured he could survive another one.

Maybe they'll put ketchup on it. (Hunts or Red Gold of course)

Hehe.
I favor Del Monte myself.
Though some have said Kraft's is worth looking for. I wouldn't know about that.

Putin has been using a heavy hand against the press in Russia from what I've heard.

2. Arafat may die (The sooner the better) 4. George W. wins his second term as POTUS
No, sooner is not better! Let Arafat live long to see George W. win a second a second term, then die.

"Will the MSM report this?" I'm sure no one in MSN land is sleeping tonight. They do not WANT to report this..they're tryng to figure out how to spin it, how to control it.
and will finally ? come to the conclusion that they, too , have been trumped
The story is too BIG to bury or skirt around.
they will have to climb on board or sink with the Scaramouch.
And when all is said and done, it's their own hides they'll choose to save. (although, hopefully, it's too late.)
Their biggest problem is that they've forgotten how to REPORT the news, as apposed to make it up.
Batten down the hatches, folks, and enjoy the ride.

That is what I suspected. Russia may be a "democracy," but it still has a very strong old ways element to it.

Putin was riding the gravy train of Saddam. To be a good dictator you need lots of money. Putin didn't give a rats-a$$ for Bush. When the $hit started coming down, Putin took back his wmds that he sold Saddam and got the hell out.
Survival was on Putins mind.

I think it will take a generation or two before they actually know democracy. If they last that long.

OMG!! IT JUST HIT ME!
Was the Iraqi interim government in on it too???
THEY are the ones who less than two weeks ago told the IAEA that the explosives were stolen after coalition forces took control of Bagdad.
The IAEA in turn had to report this to the U.N. Security Council who just couldn't WAIT to leak it!!!!!
BRILLIANT!!! Absolutely BRILLIANT as this was the ONLY way Bush could have gotten out the TRUE STORY.
Doesn't pay to call people 'puppets', does it Mr. Kerry?

After posting, click the back button on your browser: three or four clicks will roll you back in time through your posting procedure to the place where you left off.Even better, click the little down arrow right next to your back button. That will show a history of pages you've recently been to. Just select the one right underneath the one that says something like "posting comment." Just two clicks and you're back.

Putin is ex-KGB...Remember that...ex-KGB. Yeah. And DadyBush is ex-head of CIA.
wont go any further on that one but
I have chuckled for four years while Bush has meetings with world and US leader at "The Western White House."..while the foggy bottom crew seethed.
The Ranch is way off in the back 40 - new built with no embedded bugs in the walls, and not close enough for anyone to get near enough with a listening device. i.e., no one could monitor what they had no business listening too.
the Bear leader was one of the first guests down on the ranch, etc,,,
