Nothing further. Freaking Russians ...
This new info butresses my theory.
She did`nt get after him, think it was just knowing what had come to light.
okay...I'm here late. Do we have proof?
That was beautiful.
It has been pointed out before, yes. ;O)
It has never made a lick of sense that all the worlds' intelligence agencies said Saddam has WMD but they were wrong. And the idea that Saddam had himself fooled into believing he had WMD was even more far fetched. I had given up on any trace of them ever being found, but this sure does open up the possibility. Dear God, I just pray that we can recover them before they're used against us.
And ABC is sitting on a terrorist tape threating more of the same.
WE CAN ONLY HOPE THAT THOSE ADS DO RUN!!
Please run them!!
PLEASE RUN THEM!!
WHAT BETTER WAY TO HIGHLIGHT WHAT TOTAL LACK OF INTEGRITY AMD CHARACTER KERRY HAS!!
Kerry should have listend to his mom about the 'integrity thing'!!
Putin: Russia warned U.S. of Iraq terror
CNN) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin said his country warned the United States several times that Saddam Hussein's regime was planning terror attacks on the United States and its overseas interests.
From Gertz:
The Russian arms-removal program was initiated after Yevgeny Primakov, the former Russian intelligence chief, could not convince Saddam to give in to U.S. and Western demands, this official said.
A small portion of Iraq's 650,000 tons to 1 million tons of conventional arms that were found after the war were looted after the U.S.-led invasion, Mr. Shaw said. Russia was Iraq's largest foreign supplier of weaponry, he said.
However, the most important and useful arms and explosives appear to have been separated and moved out as part of carefully designed program. "The organized effort was done in advance of the conflict," Mr. Shaw said.
The Russian forces were tasked with moving special arms out of the country.
Mr. Shaw said foreign intelligence officials believe the Russians worked with Saddam's Mukhabarat intelligence service to separate out special weapons, including high explosives and other arms and related technology, from standard conventional arms spread out in some 200 arms depots.
The Russian weapons were then sent out of the country to Syria, and possibly Lebanon in Russian trucks, Mr. Shaw said.
Wehehelll, what have we here?...Thanks for the ping Meg.
I would not hold my breath, MSM is gonna ignore this, I love the Wash Times, but this is gonna be spun as a right wing attempt to change the subject.
Hey you, from happy me in Mississippi.
I have not had time for politics, which
is likely saving me grief. Will Bush
hvae the electoral to win?
IIRC, both Abrams got hit in the ass. The Abrams is to armor today what the PzKW VI Ausf. A Tiger I was to armor in 1943: the baddest damn thing on the battlefield. However, like the Tiger, you could disable an Abrams by a good hit in the ass. Unlike the Germans, we were able to come up with workarounds to the threat of the "Kornet" within days of the first tank being hit.
Be Seeing You,
Chris
For the same reason they didn't want us invading. Their markings were all over this stuff I bet.
Someone go over to DU and see if the meltdown has begun
There is nothing wrong with planning for possible eventualities--that is prudent. But geez, have some faith, will you?
We really do have a man of God as our president. Give him his due. He's a masterful poker player, and more importantly, IMO he is divinely guided.
With fair, objective MSM, yes. But we haven't had fair, objective MSM in my lifetime. If the MSM judges that this angle will damage their agenda, then it will not be allowed to dominate. Sadly, for many Americans, the news is still what the MSM says it is. (By the way, my wife says she saw an editorial that used a better acronym; BM for Big Media.)
