Brett Baer on FNC reports that the Pentagon is reviewing sattelite imagery which reveals considerable truck activity in the days leading up to the Iraq war. The DoD is considering releasing the photographs. Kerry says he's a hot-shot prosecutor. What is the first rule of laywering? Never ask a question to which you don't know the answer.
His failure to heed that wisdom in his haste to spin this story is now biting him hard in the ass...

I remember talk about heavy truck activity carrying things off into Syria also before the war and some were wondering what was in the 18 wheelers...Saddams money and other things like WMD..

Kerry says he's a hot-shot prosecutor. Maybe his attendance record in the P.A.'s office was as bad as it is in the Senate.

**Kerry says he's a hot-shot prosecutor. What is the first rule of laywering? Never ask a question to which you don't know the answer.**
Kerry SAYS a lot of things. If he was such a hot-shot lawyer, why didn't he get rich like Edwards? His 'debating' skills are also questionable. During the Presidential debates he kept having to go back to the previous question to clarify or extrapolate. That is NOT the attributes of a 'hot-shot' lawyer.
What was his class ranking?

Then there's the other old lawyer's adage, dirtboy:
"When you have the facts. Pound the facts...
When you don't have the facts. Pound the table!"
I've been wondering when those Keyhole satellite convoy photos SecState Powell had in his PowerPoint presentations at the UN before we moved on Iraq would re-surface.

His erratic behavior makes one wonder if he ever won a single case except where someone confessed.

Kerry says he's a hot-shot prosecutor. But I wonder...
Thus far, Kerry has a pretty evident track record of near-terminal laziness, inattention to (or incomprehension of) competing arguments, a proclivity for exaggeration, plus an overbearing tendency toward arrogance and entitlement that would not have sat well with a jury (quite aside from boring them to tears).
I'd wager that Kerry was, in fact, a really rotten prosecutor, who was never trusted with any important cases.
It would probably be intriguing to research his career as a prosecutor. But also irrelevant, as Kerry will soon be what he was -- a back-bench Senator.

Kerry says he's a hot-shot prosecutor. What is the first rule of laywering? Never ask a question to which you don't know the answer. He's transcended this eternal verity by changing his story whenever caught in a contradiction while depending on the MSM to cover for him.
