It sure is! I can understand not airing it in case it has hidden messages for action to operatives, but not turning it over to the FBI/CIA immediately is unforgiveable.

I agree with you statements....however, maybe, the Feds demanded ABC sit on it, go ahead and make their copies of it, give Homeland Security / CIA / NSA and all others concerned to analyze it and prepare if necessary.
