there may be units
within our forces
that would -- in whole or in part --
sell out for vast bucks
and direct our own
high tech weaponry on us.

Makes no sense for OPEC to strike their customers this way or to ever patronize or finance terror unless under threat.
No matter what they do to us or others, the fact is their days are numbered regarding people needing oil at all, so I'm sure they want to sell what they can before alternatives make them poorer than the dirt they live in.
