He might have gotten ahold of a transcript... Fox News was reporting a 22 page transcript.
Mention was made at the top of the hour Fox newscast that there was a 22 page summary of the tape.
Bret Baier Foxnews Reporter said that, didn't give any details about who had it, whether he had seen it....etc.
This situation highlights the importance of Drudge. Someone at ABC is concerned that his/her "News" org is sitting on a story for political reasons [remember Newsweek and Monica Lewinski?]This person has knowledge of the contents of the tape and alerts Drudge. Then-- (1)Drudge posts it. (2)Millions know about it. (3)ABC is screwed.
Maybe he has a "mole" at ABC.
Hasn't anyone wondered how DRUDGE was able to "quote" certain things said on that tape? Does he have an entire copy?

Now A BS is holding a story that would certainly give Bush some votes from last minute undecideds.
Pretty clear to me.
The Democrats response to this story?: Bush was holding this himself until now to get that boost. Or something like that. They'll blame Bush someway .....
