Timeline: Drudge says ABD got it "over the weekend" which could mean anything from Friday night to Sunday night. Baier on FNC says that ABC gave it to the Feds "a day or so" ago which could mean anything from Tuesday to Monday. Factor in a day for transportation of the tape from Pakistan to the US and you could easily come up with the sceanrio that ABC in DC got possession of it Monday and gave it to the Feds also on Monday.

I'm not a fan of the MSM but calling this thing a "treasonous" act (as some are) is overstepping at this time.

How many hours difference is there between Pakistan and US, plus don't forget to figure in the fact that MSM lies, so add several more days to it.

If ABC had it in Pak on Monday, they probably know someone in the embassy to get it to after they made a copy for themselves (CYA, you know)...

If they had it for any more then 24 hours, the entire gang of thieves there at ABC should be tried for whatever.... Start with Halperin and Jennings...

Assuming there is no evidence at this point that ABC delayed giving the Feds the tape, that still does not explain or excuse ABC sitting on the tape right now. Are they not a "news" organzation? Is this "news"?

You can bet that anything detrimental to Bush would be rushed to the air--pronto! It was just too bitter a pill for ABC to risk "influencing the election" at this late date--not in favor of Bush, that is.
