ABC f'n News had this for days before turning in over to the authorities.. Why do you think they did that? Maybe so that it wouldn't possible help Bush? If it comes out that they delayed turning over video for POLITICAL reasons, this will make Rathergate look like child's play.

I agree. They withheld the tape for political reasons. What other reasons could there be? It's not their job to authenticate it. That's homeland security's job. No they withheld it because it's certain to focus the electorate on terror and that helps W.

Timeline: Drudge says ABD got it "over the weekend" which could mean anything from Friday night to Sunday night. Baier on FNC says that ABC gave it to the Feds "a day or so" ago which could mean anything from Tuesday to Monday. Factor in a day for transportation of the tape from Pakistan to the US and you could easily come up with the sceanrio that ABC in DC got possession of it Monday and gave it to the Feds also on Monday.

I'm not a fan of the MSM but calling this thing a "treasonous" act (as some are) is overstepping at this time.
