1. This President new that ABC NEWS had a direct threat tape and he did nothing about it. No terror warning increases no public warning. I will make sure that Homeland Security is the top issue blah blah blah
or
2. This President is playing on the fears of the American people waiting until a few days left in a campaign before dropping a terror threat on the public. I will make sure that threats are investigated and the public is properly warned because Security is the top issue... blah blah blah...

Isn't it interesting to learn that ABC was thinking about withholding the tape until after the election. What does that say about ABC? If it was a tape that would've hurt Bush, it would've been played by now.
