The only thing that I can figure is that NBC believes Kerry's going to lose and doesn't want the CBS and NY Times anti-Bush slime to drip on them just before a new Bush four-year term begins.
I have said for months that half of the mainstream media will NEVER back a sure loser. It's their survival instinct.
