Dims seem to be filled with double-standards. As was the recent scene outside the theater (I forget which one) that was PLANNING on showing "Stolen Honor." There were the Democrats, lined up and protesting the movie -- enough so that the theater cancelled the showing.

The message from the Dims being (best I could figure): We support free speech, but only when it's OUR free speech.

As you pointed out, most Dims only support tolerance of people who already share their views. The swift vets being one example of their intolerance, religion being another. I hear it out of them constantly: "I don't want someone in the White House who prays each time he makes a decision!" They say this with the same level of contempt you might use to say: "I don't want someone in the White House who strangles a kitten each time he makes a decision!"

I'm not even particularly religious, but "fear of religious people in general" (Religiophobia?) doesn't make much sense to me. Well, unless they're Moonies or Branch Davidians or something.

The "rich" are another group that seems to be the target of much Democratic hatred and intolerance as well. I guess the reasoning there being: hey, it's okay to attack the rich because they can hire lawyers if they really need to.

With all the hypocrisy and lying, it's hard to imagine how anyone who's deeper than a glass of water could call the Democratic party "home."

I know who Gerry Ferraro is, but I had never seen her this bad.
I just couldn't remember which fem-dem it was at the time. I stay on FOX, most all the time. But wandered around on this night.
I go to HGTV and FOOD network and TLC just to get sanity back.

I did not know Lawrence O'Donnel though. I always have it muted when on other channels. Had never listened to him. Hope I never have to see him again!!! He sounded dangerous!

I think it's going to take seriously getting all this liberal crap off our airwaves. I honestly think a lot of the hate aimed at our President this election cycle has to do with the Janet Jackson fiasco at the super bowl and the FCC's crackdown which led to Howard Stern and Clear Channel having a "problem."

This is when HS started really bad-mouthing the President on his show(s) and telling everyone to vote against him because he was trying to censor everything. I think HS has been over the top for a long time and a crackdown was long over due... but if you notice that is really when the President's popularity rating started to dip below the 50's.

Just another reason I think this election is between good and evil.

I usually keep it on Fox, too; but I couldn't take Geraldine so switched around. I do like Scarborough, but his show hasn't been the same since he's been down with his bad back.

I tend to switch to H&G in the evenings, too...

Our son came home this week-end and I showed he and Mr Pilgrim the clip of O'Neil and O'Donnel.
I couldn't believe how bad it really was. I had not listened to all of it. After the first couple of screams, I had muted it.
Why in the world don't the conservatives mute the mics when they start the yelling and venom spewing?

I can only take so much. I just do not live like that and can't stand listening to the mess! So the TV is muted. Makes for a much better and restful night for me.

And you know............I think you have a couple of points. HS's little fit did cause a battle to get in gear.
Seemed to focus the battle for the dems. And he did blame W. for his problem. That kind of program never needs to be on the air anyway. It's pure TRASH!

As a Christian, I can see the end. And it doesn't look to be very far off.

You are right. It is between good and evil. The really sad part is that almost half of our Country is in league with the evil.

But a lot of these people that vote dem, don't really believe this stuff. I have know some dem folks that have not the slightest idea what the platform of the dem party was.

They had no idea that they were the party of abortion, homosexuals, law-breakers, drug addicts, welfare recipients, anti-gun, union thugs, tax raisers, anti death penalty, enviromental whackos, race baiters, elitists, socialists, communists, marxists, and feminazies. And to make it worse, they are all militant!

They just think, because my family has always voted dem..............then they have to..........

Be careful that you're not swallowing whole the media representations of those religions. Do the research and you'll find they're no more dangerous than Catholics...ooops...let me ask how many "Moonie" priests have been accused of raping boys?

Spielberg, Cameron, Stallone, et. al. are some of the wealthiest people in America. Why do they despise the other "rich"? My guess is they're uninformed and desire to be part of something, anything, that smacks of quasi-intellectual comrades they so sorely lack in their lives.
