Is Pima County where the Bad Ass Sheriff holds court... No. That's Maricopa County where Phoenix is. Sheriff Joe Arpao (sp?) lives somewhere in the small town I live in, Fountain Hills, AZ.
I love the pink underwear he issues the inmates so they won't steal it. Locks them up in surplus army tents because the country is too cheap to build enough jails. Has a neon sign on a tower outside the "tent city jail" saying "Vacancy".
