Rush is starting out with how the Dems are not going to make the same mistake Gore did, they will declare victory and start assembling a team to take over.
He also said the main thing the lawyers will use is the "equal protection clause", because everyone uses different type of machines, they can claim everyone did not have an equal chance to vote.

I know that Rush likes to use satire and irony to skewer the other side, but what with everyone in a hightened state of anxiety over possible voter fraud, this kind line of "humor" from Rush is irresponsible.
I have no doubt the Dems will sink to any level to try to win this. Even if they lose fair and square, I can see these lunatics causing rioting and protests. They will not be able to deal with a loss. Politics in this country are sinking to new lows, thank you Dems!
The dims think just because they say it ... makes it true. Kerry is already with hsi VICTORY party in MASS. He plans to vote then have a victory party... and invite all of hollywood and Micheal Moore, not to mention Jimmy Carter, Jay Leno, Letterman, Katie Curic, Tom, Dan, Peter and Wolfie.

It is amazing that the democrats can never run on their agenda.
In order to win, they must either lie about being moderate (like Clinton), or make the masses feel like victims.

The legal scenario Rush is describing is frightening. I can easily imagine Kerry/Edwards trying to litigate every single hanging chad on every ballot in every state before the Supreme Court.

Heard Jed Babbin on morning talk show in San Francisco, and he says the same thing. It is no joke! According to Babbin the Dems are literally attempting a coup and to undermine the electoral system as we know it. I think he has a point, and we all need to try to see that it doesn't happen!
I never expected Kerry to give a concession speech. If he loses 49 states to one he's still going to fight. I expect that he woll spend millions of dollars and the rest of his life trying to prove that he won.
John Kerry has been planning to be president for his entire life and feels entitled to it.
I don't think Rush is trying to be funny here.
