I just got back. It took us 1 1/2 hours to stand in line. Lines were pumped. We had few locations to Early Vote at, but the Grocery Store we went to had anxious and excited people out to Support President Bush. If what we saw is an indication of other places, I do not see how kerry can win but fraud.

The cars in the parking lot was full of W-04 signs and one kerry car. Then one sign that captured my attention.
"YOU CAN NOT BE PRO CATHOLIC AND BE PRO ABORTION"

Voted, took about half an hour. There was a good, long line when I got there and when I left. It's the Dallas suburbs, so I'm guessing it was mostly Republicans. One fella was wearing a Bush/Cheney hat, and nobody in line was angry about it. That's usually a good sign you don't have a rabid liberal around.

Yeah, Bush has no problem in Texas, but I do want him to get huge numbers.

I'm thinking of voting early for the first time ever because I want to get in a vote for Sessions.

I think Sessions has it made, but getting rid of that skank Martin Frost is No. 2 on my wish list behind Bush/Cheney winning.

I voted today. Feels great! Local recreation center had 7 touch screen booths, I was #490 (since Saturday) at 2:00pm and was 7th in line. Its an eight page ballot in NC, and it took a bit of time to fill it out.

I recommend voting early to everyone. The hardest thing about it is finding the location nearest to you.

I voted this morning at 11 am. I waited one hour in line.
The line was down the stairs and out the door. We had 6 voting booth's but only 2 election officials who could check you out and have you sign in.
I only saw 2 skerry bumper stickers and from the conversations going on around me,I can only assume (sic)
This town will go for President Bush. I was # 4281

Texans need to vote just so that we can make sure Bush gets the popular vote as well. Not that it matters, but it will shut the Rats up, at least on this issue.

To the point I have to keep the dog from the set so he won't electrocute himself trying to pee on any broadcast of Kerry's image.

I keep TV's now feet from my midget dog for his safety.

You live in Franklin?

Nice suburb.

I was down there a few years ago to see the Carter House and what was remaining of the old battlefield. Got over to Carnton Plantation too.

All in all, I liked the Nashville metro area.

LOL. I can't spot people that dogs won't like. I am seldom wrong. Kerry looks like one of the people that dogs won't like.

If a dog doesn't like someone, there is a reason.

My husband and I voted Republican all the way last week, using an absentee ballot. Go Bush/Cheney

Hello--I voted today and it felt great. Straight Republican ballot with a big NO on all the tax increases and a very big NO on the amendment that wants to tinker with Colorado's electoral votes. I went at about 2:00 p.m. When I first went in, I saw a huge line. Turns out this was a line for "Community Support"--government "freebies" I imagine. The voter room was down the hall and the line only had a few people in it with many more at the voting machines. It only took me a couple of minutes to proudly cast my ballot for President and VP of 2 terms--George Walker Bush and Richard Cheney. There is no excuse except for coma why any conservative person wouldn't be voting in this election.

I got my ballot today, but I worry about sending it in early. Do the rest of you have to fill your absentee ballot with a No. 2 pencil? The dems have controlled the election offices and I wouldn't put it past them to change my vote.

Our voting place was in Aurora--not at the DMV. I'm not sure what the building is all used for but Community Support aka Government "Freebies" had a huge line.

I voted early today in Austin, TX. In the belly of the beast. I waited about 45 minutes. Two guys left the line because it was moving so slowly. I'm pretty sure I was the only Republican there. Processing went a bit slow as they confirmed my registration on computer, stickered my name, and had me sign the register. Received a ballot code and off to the terminal I went.

Everything seemed to go A-OK. Glad that's over and done with. George has Texas locked up, but I hope Lord Doggett (D) loses in the Congressional race.
