What did Pres. Bush say to Kerry at end of debate?
Posted on 10/14/2004 8:56:00 AM PDT by Babwa
At the end of last night's debate, after the President and John Kerry exchanged pleasantries, the President stopped Kerry and appeared to say "wait a minute." The President them told Kerry something. Does anyone know what this was about? Did the President tell Kerry he was off-limits on the Cheney daugher?

I saw that. I thought he very clearly said, "I fart in your general direction!".

FYI - I am deaf and can read lips okay...at the end of debate where Kerry and Bush shook hands.. Bush was asking Kerry, Can I talk to you later tonight? Kerry said sure then Bush said where would you be? I missed what Kerry said.
Why would President Bush want to talk to John Kerry after the third debate ? What could he possibly want to hear from John Kerry ?

Probably gave him the old Skull&Bones secret handshake and told him how much he misses the old coffin days.

I haven't seen anyone else comment on that TAreeeeeeeza hug to Miss Laura. She went at her with arms wide open like she was her long lost best friend. I found it weird also but I think maybe Laura Bush has the charm to even melt TAreeeeeeeeza.
And then again, it reminded me of my younger days - there's always one drunk around who just obnoxiously loves everybody.

I looked at it again and you are correct. Bush said he needed to talk to Kerry later. After Kerry said something with his back to the camera, it appears Bush said, 'We'll find you."
I am surprised the media has not caught this and wondered what they would talk about. Maybe a national security issue or terror alert?

On another site the speculation was that he didn't say "Where will you be?", but he said "I wish you the best."
