Hey, How are you? Our 16 year old granddaughter called us last night and after I answered she had a question for me. She wanted to know if I were going to pay her college bills. She was bored at school and the counselor suggested that she take the GED tests which she did. She got the results yesterday and passed with flying colors. So, she will be starting college after the new year. She is so excited about it! I worry about a 16 year old in college but I know she will do fine.

Congrats for your grandaughter! Will she be going to school in her hometown or close by? Our daughter will be 17 in Feb. and she'll be taking some classes at a local Community College beginning in January as part of her high school homeschool program. She didn't want to start this Fall because she didn't feel ready. It's great when they have the freedom to make that choice, isn't it?
