I was under the impression that Clinton upgraded it as well but then I figured I must be wrong when someone posted the date. I am beginning what I heard originally was fact and Clinton backdated the form. I don't put anything past these lowlifes. I cannot remember who told me it was updated before Kerry could sit on the Intelligence Committee.
