When I left the Federal Government, I signed the same form. He had his Top Secret clearance taken away and yet sat on the Intelligence Committee. Did he start sitting on the Intelligence Committee AFTER Clinton took office? Remember how Clinton waived a lot of the security requirements for his people? Normally security clearances would not be in the archives but what if Berger removed documentation that discussed Clinton clearing Kerry?
