Oh com-on, there are days where you can see actual bleeding over there. LOL
Post it. I'd like to go over their and get them all into a twist. Their hatred of all things Bush is so palpable that it'd be like shooting fish in a barrel :-)
JOHN KERRY NOT TOO ANXIOUS TO SERVE IN ARMED SERVICES
By J. Grant Swank, Jr.

The way Senator John F. Kerry tells it, he was jumping to the recruiting station to serve America in Vietnam. Not so.According to Charles Laurence of New York, Kerry wanted time to go to Paris before doing anything armed services like. Yes. Paris. He "tried to defer his military service for a year." Thats what an old Harvard publication states.
"He wrote to his local recruitment board seeking permission to spend a further 12 months studying in Paris, after completing his degree course in the mid-1960s," Laurence explains. Now all the while Kerry has been pooh-poohing United States President George W. Bushs service in the Texas National Guard,
making it to be that Mr. Bush went that route so he wouldnt have to see Vietnam.
"John Kerry: A Navy Dove Runs for Congress" is the headline of the Harvard Crimson newspaper piece. "When he approached his draft board for permission to study for a year in Paris, the draft board refused and Kerry decided to enlist in the Navy." Samuel Godhaber wrote the article. He keeps to the details, he relates today. "It was a long
time ago, and I was 19 at the time, so it is hard to remember every detail. But I do know this: at no point did Kerry contact either me or the Crimson to dispute anything I had written."
Now back to Kerrys wounds three of them which yield him present-tense applause meter high rating. Lucianne Goldberg, a well-known Republican campaigner, says that she and others find "that he had only one day off sick with three wounds? What exactly were these wounds?"
Soon after Kerry, as a Navy Lieutenant (junior grade) commanding a Swift boat in Vietnam, was awarded the Silver Star, he used a loop hole in Navy regulations to leave Vietnam and his crew before completing his tour of duty.
After returing home, he quit the Navy early and changed the color of his politics to become a leader of VVAW. Kerry wasted no time organizing opposition in the United States against the efforts of his former buddies still ducking communist bullets back in Vietnam.
Kerry participated in the so-called Winter Soldier Investigation where his fellow protesters accused his fellow GIs of war crimes.

"For it to come out that he received a Dishonorable Discharge"
It's not the crime, it's the coverup
And The seriousness of the charge always trumps the nature of the evidence.
Go back to my post 489, follow the link & you'll find yourself a whole new batch to mess with. They'll just flame you & call you a bushbot. Most of the things posted there use anonymous, so I don't know if you even have to sign up to play.
BTT!!!!!!!
Great. I like to go into a battle of wits with opponents who are at least half-witted, and not unarmed, but it's fun to get the reactionary left all spun up so I'll lower my standards a bit :-)
Be back in a few.
That would be very revealing. sKerry's numbers dropping no more than 2 points after it came to light that he didn't sign a Form 180 because of his discharge "status." Scary, but revealing as to the mentality of the core left (communists) which disguise themselves by claiming to be "democrats."
We saw a REAL Democrat get up and read the left the riot act during the RNC convention. That would be Zell Miller.
The rabble we are dealing with in this election are hard core communists. Nothing more.
It's not just the coverup, it's how he's used the coverup.
It's like him saying Christopher Reeves called him after he mentioned him in the debate, but that would have been er, tough, since Reeves went into a coma the day before the debate.
Kerry is a poser!!
Went over to that one. It's just bunch of geeks more motivated by the "anybody but Bush" mentality, and who have latched onto Kerry, even though they say they hate him, as an alternative.
I didn't see them give one cogent reason to vote for Kerry other than Bush making them mad.
They need to get a life.
Let me know how it goes. I'm calling it a night, cuz I'm outta smokes.
Yes, that's the whole point of the site. Least they don't try to pretend to like him & are willing to take cheap shots against him too. LOL
Probably same geeks that are at DU, most of them are not even voting age, most are young & cult like & use the "f" word profusely.
Here is a sample of their thinking at DU, found this post there tonite:

Idea to preempt Sinclair
The night of the airing of this garbage, Dems should do something drastic. They should orchestrate something so big that no one will be watching this mockumentary.
Breaking news from Julia Roberts' estate, famous actress being held by raving kidnappers!!
Or something of the sort. I know this is something Repugnants would do, but we have to be creative and we need to act fast, we're fighting for our LIVES here. I'm sure Julia Roberts would go along with it (or Cher, or Barbra Streisand).
Perhaps proof was found that Kerry attended the meeting where the assassination of Senators was discussed. Perhaps he was secretly convicted and the papers sealed up until January 19, 2001 when President Bill Clinton gave JF Kerry a blank pardon...Wow, I guess I need to go back to bed and finish THIS dream!
Well, there's proof of his going to Paris & after he was pushing for our government to capitulate to all of our enemies demands. Those things were mentioned in the article, so I think that is the smoking gun.
What point would you have in saying that? The LM didn't cover the Swift Vets - IN THE FIRST PLACE! That was the whole point. It was a conspiratorial blackout by the LM to prevent these guys from being heard. Yet people were coming to them with a great deal of knowledge about Kerry and the Swift Vets. How could this be? Then the LM attacked, smear campaign, calumny, back of the hand dismissals, etc.
What makes you think that's changed? That is, what makes you think the vets are suddenly going to start voting Kerry? They're not.
The problem with push-polls is that they look so real, even when you know they're not.
"What kind of paper is the NY SUN? I never heard of it but I'm from the Midwest."
You remember...it's the paper that printed "Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus."
And if this is the blockbuster it sounds like...then there IS.
:-)))
Just the Naval Archives stuff. They had boxes prepared for people to look at. The AP and others were going over there. And somebody, I think it was me and others, suggested the Swifties send people to look through the boxes, as well. It helped to explain some of the more arcane terms used in those printed dispatches. It left some questions unanswered. But it did occur to 'Navy Chief', and I don't see the flaw in his thinking on this, that the time that the 13 MAR report was finally sent, and the location according to the codes, strongly suggests that Kerry was the reporting officer, even if he wasn't technically the officer in charge of the boat group, that day. It goes to that point as to how the Navy records seem to support Kerry's version. Well, they would if on the honor system, and without corroboration at the time, Kerry was the one who reported what happened, and how it happened.
Why would you care about Kerry's 'points' or 'numbers'? The polls are phony. I keep pointing that out. They're push-polls. They're designed to make Kerry look good. They don't reflect the electorate.
