"Well, we might be looking at the same thing through the same eyes...but coming up with different results. For me, I'm saying screw them, go to hell, etc....but I see how their argument might work (especially factoring in how our side too often wants to APPEAR "fair," usually self-inflicting unnecessary wounds). I know we agree that Kedwards cannot sully our Whitehouse."
You may very well be right. I should know better than to expect fairness when it comes to things like this.
I can't imagine that the country will elect a person like Kerry. But then I thought the same thing about Clinton. :(

Well yes, of course they might be able to stop it from being shown. Just as we have had the power to stop things from happening. So...what do we do? Pool resources and buy some airtime? Get someone rich to front the money to air it? Surely there is a way to get this on the air!

I can understand how they may have an influence over a news station showing this film, but what about buying the airtime to show the film? Is there any possible way that can be done?

Now you're talking! Actually, I don't know. The only thing I know for sure is, once lawyers get involved, they'll come up with reasons we never thought of.

I replied to a newsgroup post blasting Sinclair's actions by saying, "Sure, but I guess it's OK for Fahrenlies 9/11 to show the night before the election..." (On pay per view though)...

By the sound of the Linda Vester interview today, I don't think we have to worry. The Sinclair rep on there today said that the vets deserve to be heard, and the audience support was strong.

I just called WSYX (Columbus OH-614-481-6666). The lady said I was the fifth supportive call, and she has had about a 1000 Kerry calls. She said they have been pretty nasty and she was very glad to hear from me.
It will be on 10/22/04 at 9:00 pm in Columbus.
