Moreover this is an attack that is not related to issues but is personal against a presidential candidate's character and activities.
A documentary about Kerrys' past activities is not a "personal attack", and while you may not consider his past activities to be relevant, many others do. The American public has a right to know what type of person John Kerry is, and Sinclair is doing a public service by airing ths documentary.

I just thought we were above these kinds of things. The fact is, the truth about Kerry's service should have been addressed long ago. Stolen Valor should have been aired long ago. It just feels like a cheap shot. Something that CBS would do.
