Not quite the ass-kicking that Cheney laid on the Edwards boy, but good enough.

I disagree... I think he hammered sKerry here worse than Cheney hit Edwards.

He even got laugh lines with the crowd, and good long pauses, that will not be seen as anything inappropriate.

I am Mr. Negativity, but I think it was about even with the Cheney ass-kicking.

And I think this will play a lot better than the Cheney debate. Why?

Because he wasn't sitting over a desk looking so much like a grumpy old man. Don't attack me.....I am not saying he is or even looked like that to me, but to many he did.

Bush won't look that way and it may help us get some points.

Said the Headline would read....
"Bush came to play"
Said that ...at the least...Bush held Kerry even.

Which is Wallace's way of saying that many should see that Bush won.
