Retreating to the courts rather than debating the policy is unfortunate. But I don't know any precendent that proscribes price controls, much less most favored nation anti price discrimination price controls. Indeed, we have had domestic price controls, most of which of course were stupid, and nary a peep from the courts.

Just checked in. heard it on radio. radio fading in and out here in the Hill Country in Texas.
I thought Bush was fantastic. Called a friend in San Antonio, she and hubby saw it on t.v. and she said he was very good. I am so relieved.
