No, it's not a joke. The flooding in that community was horrible and all Tereza could do was come look. Apparently she doesn't have the funds to help some of the folks who live just miles from her Pittsburgh home.

Hillary's worth millions now, and never offered a penny to NYC after the 9/11 attacks. (Don't anyone DARE touch a democrat politicians money! Don't even suggest touching theirs!)

Of course she doesn't have the money. She's donating to all the phony UN charities and to all the 527 organizations that are trying to unseat President Bush. We all KNOW that's more important than helping her neighbors. /sarcasm

You don't understand. Just check their (Kerry & Heinz Kerry) tax returns for "charitible" donations. We should be like France and let the government worry about such thing as floods and not letting our elderly die from hyperthermia.
