Check out this seismo from the HSR station. This looked a LOT like the one just before the last two eruptions.

I heard that there is also a microphone in the crater. Anyone have a lead on a audio stream from this?

Other than the seismos....does anyone have any other feed? VolcanoCAM is dark (duh!), and I was looking for the audo stream of the microphone they say they have.

What kills me is the scientists saying there is no connection between this, the earth quakes in CA and the volcanic eruption in Mexico. Yeah right!

I, like most students here in Southwest Washington, am waiting for something to finally happen. Just so the mountain will "Sh!t or get off the pot" and let us move on or give us some time off. Eh, I can use a break and the exercise from sweeping up all that ash....

Yeah, can't say I'm too optimistic about the effects of Mt. Hood doing this thing, if that were to happen. But I hear Australia is nice this time of the year.
