That's the point - he isn't entitled to receive any salute as a US Senator. He is mocking the US military to even receive or think of rendering one, and then to do such bullsh*t LEFT-HANDED salute is TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL towards our military men and women! This guy is dispised by most military personnel.
