Ziggy's stated goal in his book was for Russia to be partitioned and split up to other countries. I believe what he meant was that the church may hold Russia together, or more importantly maintain unity between Russia and Ukraine.

So we became the enemy by virtue of being a possible roadblock to his Russophobia.

Anyway I thought Ziggy was a Catholic? Am I wrong?
