Jorge, the problem may be one of expectations. Ours. Bush is who he is. He grows impatient with being a politician in a mealy mouthed debate. He's a disciplined manager, and on his better days he's an inspirational leader.

I agree. But this is politics. You can have the best positions on planet earth, but if you can't communicate them to voters, you are probably going to lose elections.

I've heard Bush give some of the best speeches I've heard in my life.

And I still say that considering the vast amount of material Kerry supplied when it came to his, flip-flops, contradictions and lies, there was no excuse for Bush not being better prepped for the debate.

Sure be a pessimist. I thought Bush won hands down. Why get exorcised over NewsWeek and Matt Drudge.?

Drudge is no friend to Bush. So he'll enjoy tweaking the Bushies even if NewsWeek offers crap
