A DAY IN THE LIFE OF PRESIDENT BUSH (PHOTOS): 10.01.04
Yahoo, White House

After last nights debate, President Bush was campaigning in Allentown Pennsylvania and later in Manchester N.H. and pointed out the many contradicting and false statements that passed through the heavily lipstick covered lips of his opponent in last nights debate

Darn forgot to add my comment. I heard a portion of his stump speech (covered by all cable stations) and he was definitely on his game today in front of an appreciative crowd. Unfortunately he didn't have the large audience he had last night but hopefully snippets will be played on the nightly news.

g'day homemom! Yep - we are coming into spring, which means for us sunny skies one day, raining the next. Its been raining here in Sydney since Monday night and boy did we need the rain. Sunny skies this morning and I have just hung the washing out on the line to dry. I visited the US during the fall one time and I remember the beautiful colors in the trees of the changing season. Wonderful memories!

I have avoided the pundits comments on the debate, after listening to them last night. Instead, I called our local talk radio today and pointed out Kerry's lies, two goofy ideas ("global test" and giving the Iranians nuclear fuel) and pointed out Lehrer's questioning method, which was as follows:

President Bush, why do you suck?
Senator Kerry, why do you think President Bush sucks?

(I didn't use "suck" on the radio, however.)

The lies Kerry told, and those two absolutely asinine ideas should sink him. I am sure they will appear in ads shortly. Meanwhile, the Rats are all atwitter because Kerry can string words together.

I also do not think that rudeness, arrogance, and general meanness win many votes.

well, I donated to the Swift Boat guys again yesterday.

I think they've done a lot to destroy the war hero myth of Kerry.

And I just plain like them.

I didn't watch the debate (I'm a coward) I have it on tape. But I stayed on the live thread for three freaking hours!!!

Oh, I SHALL mystery!!

I will have Eric thank him from ALL the troops who are busting their buttons with pride for their Commander in Chief!

Don't ASK what Eric thought of Kerry's anti-military, anti-mission, the troops blew it attacks last night. Don't ASK!

(I'll be surprised if Kerry gets any more than 2% of the active military vote.......and they'll be the DUMB ones who didn't read the papers they signed.....)

Good for you.....to be a good debater, you have to be able to debate both sides of an issue(example Kerry) Dubya can't..he speaks from his heart on each issue.

Hiya!
I think the expectations will be lower for his debate next Friday since he kinda didn't do his best last night.
We'll be in D.C. watching it, and I hope to find some kerrybots to watch it with in our hotel lounge.
That could be phun!

G'Day to you too, ozbushkin. How's the polls look for your Prime Minister, Mr Howard? I'm going to be sure and keep him in my prayers. He and Prime Minister Tony Blair are our two best allies! God bless them both.

I don't know how many there will be up there, but I'll be CLOSE!

Jonathan watched the debate and thought Dubya clearly won when he went to bed...he woke up this morning to hear all the pundits claiming Kerry won,...he was so dismayed...I told him to go with his instincts and don't listen to the pundits....btw I showed him the internals of Gallup that Bush won on substance...cheered him up!
