I live in Portland. I hope it keeps erupting tomorrow. A buddy and myself are going to go hike up Silver Star mountain which is near the Columbia River Gorge, just south of St. Helens. Probably around 30 miles away. May be a good show!

Yup. I've been watching the sensors on Hood, because it's easier to differentiate events and relative magnitudes.

Pretty quiet since about 12:08

We NW folks like to see stuff like the volcano, it's kind of exciting, unless someone gets killed. I cant see the cloud yet, but thats because the wind is blowing from the north.
