It's true; DU trolls would never say anything negative. Those folks here who are negative -- let's give most of them the benefit of the doubt -- are understandably concerned. But you really have to wonder if they are watching the same debate.
This is a repeat of 2000 Debate I. W is relentlessly right on message. Kerry is not connecting with anyone. There are many trolls out on this thread. They are out tonight just like they will be out on the websites ten minutes after the debate.
I've only followed debate here. Taking out the DU trolls 25%-30% of Freepers feel the Pres is losing to greater or lesser extent. This is not good news if his goal is to solidfy and grow the small group of undecideds. All seem to agree that Kerry's style is superior, but his content is filled with lies. That may be true, but in debate uncovering lies is the job of the opposing debater. If Pres. Bush can't do that then he can't win the debate.
