CONSISTENT
Kerry knows his biggest problem is his image as an indecisive flip-flopper. If he can't fix that he is done. He is going to lie through his teeth and say he has been consistent on everything! Then it will be up to the President to point out his flip-flops, making the President the attacker. People generally think the loser in a debate is the one who attacks the most. I predict Kerry's entire strategy is going to be to lie about his record and his positions and force President Bush to attack him. It's the only chance he has.
My vote is: "This Administration" and "Look, this is very simple...."
