Those will work. Except that it only has to obey the spirit of those phrases (for instance, substitute jobs for healthcare, and we still drink). Otherwise, we may not get drunk enough to really enjoy this. :-)

I wonder if one of them will mention the draft. I'm guessing Kerry is counting on his minions to get that lie spread and won't bring it up. I think Bush might, to point out that it's the Democrats who are bringing up those bills, and are spreading the lie.
