What was the story? I think last I remember of him was during the recount. I think he was trying to have one of Gore's lawyers banned from practicing in FL? Man, I am exhausted, and this is the best I can pull from my dern brain.

I can't recall the last appearance of Jack, but all I can recall is that he had a tendency to get into flame wars, and then, when he didn't get his way, he'd start threatening to sue everyone. Then he'd get banned.

But he was corlorful and entertaining, in a perverse sort of way....
