We Can Lose This Election!

Very Dangerous Conduct Among Republicans and Freepers.

Complacency Kills.

My friends, this is a dangerous time. Never before has there been an election that so threatens America. Simply put, if John Kerry wins, the United States will simply become an “equal citizen” of the world, along with every other country.

John Kerry is much more of a citizen of the “World” than he is a US citizen. Yes, he was born here. However, his education was in the French cantons of Switzerland, at a time when the “Hate Everything American” was stronger there than it is even now. Today, we are simply seeing the regurgitation of what his far-left liberal French teachers taught him.

But, with all that is at stake, we Conservatives are much too complacent. We all, myself included, act like this was in the bag.

We were also way ahead in 2000.

The election of John Kerry would mean the end of the America we know today.

We must not be complacent. We must work so very hard every day. Get signs up, attach bumper stickers. There has been a very quiet campaign within the gay community to emplace signs and bumper stickers. We must counter that.

Every day, in every way possible, we have to act like our country’s future depended on our work. It does.

We have to hustle like we were 20 points behind in the polls. We have to give of ourselves in every way possible.

The candidate and his or her supporters who work the hardest win elections.

Let’s outwork them every day.

With a gop controlled congress and senate, how will much, if any of kerry's agenda be passed?"

Most is not ALL of it. The GOP in D.C. is a "Spine/Testes-Free Zone" occupied largely by RINOs.

You bet you can lose - especially if the dimocrap voter fraud gets even worse than it was last election.

How many Republicans voted against the confirmation of the radical left wing and feminist activist Ruth Bader Ginsburg to the Supreme Court in 1993?

Answer that and you'll know the answer to your question about resisting Kerry's agenda.

Frightening isn't it.

So, do you think bush will veto a lot more "wasteful spending" and "bad for Americans" legislation in his second term? Or do you expect the same old crap?

It is critically important that conservatives don't take their eye off the ball.

As serious a matter as the war on terrorism is, as important as you may find other issues, the battle for the courts trumps all.

With looming retirements and the Democrat filibusters, control of the upper levels of the judiciary is at a tipping point.

The result of this election will be felt for decades, if not for centuries.

The Left is losing power in the state legislatures, in the Federal legislature and rarely holds the White House. They're even now feeling pressure in the Academy and in the Press.

Their last refuge is with a radical judiciary. The Left *must not* get control of the courts now.

This election is a challenge to "Broken Glass" Republicans and anyone who cares about what kind of country they leave to their grandchildren.

Don't let complacency, intimidation, laziness, the weather or *anything* stop you from going to the polls.

Contribute to conservative candidates (or the SwiftVets) as much as you can. Next summer's vacation is far less important than the future of the country. If our troops can risk their lives for the country we can at least cough up some cash and make a few "get out the vote" phone calls.

To quote John Adams in the musical "1776", "Now VOTE! Damn you, VOTE!"

Would you like to take the next step?  Here are four things that will put us over the top in November and they all involve votes and voters - the most important part of any election.

1. Make sure you are registered to vote.  In most states, just two weeks remain before voter registration closes.  Are you registeredBe sure.  All projections indicate this election will be a close race decided by a small margin.  Your vote could make the difference.  Take a moment, to complete or update your voter registration at www.GeorgeWBush.com/Vote.  It only takes a moment.

2. Make sure your family members are registered to vote.  If you have a small family, use the form at the bottom of this page to e-mail this note and encourage them to register.  Have a bigger family?  Need more space?  You can access or create your own Virtual Precinct and send a message to family members across the country encouraging them to register or update their information.  Once they register, you can use the same tool to send them updates from the campaign and directions to their polling place.

3. Think creatively about other people who may not be registered.  Do you have a Christmas card list?  Or sing in a church choir?  Are you a member of a Veterans group?  What about the other parents on your child's soccer team?  Have you touched base with your old friends from school lately?  Odds are a lot of those people aren't registered to vote, but they may support the President.  In the words of the phone company, "reach out and touch someone."  Send them a link to our registration tool.  Get them registered and turn them out.

4. Make sure your friends know the best way to help.  Use your Virtual Precinct to send this message to everyone you know who may want to help our campaign.  If everyone who receives this message registers a few voters and passes the message on, we'll have the votes we need to win.  To access or create your Virtual Precinct, visit www.GeorgeWBush.com/VirtualPrecinct.

Every four years, people tell you this election is the most important of our lives.  This time, it's true.  The choice we make on November 2nd will determine the way we fight the War on Terror; whether doctors and patients or government bureaucrats will make our health care decisions; and whether we keep our economy on the right track or let higher taxes derail our recovery.

I hope you will take the time this weekend to complete these four simple steps to make the difference.

Sincerely,

Ken Mehlman

P.S.  Completing these four actions will only take you a few minutes, but the outcome will be amazing.  These small tasks will push us over the top.  Please take a few moments and do all you can.

Practise saying, "President Kerry." Say it over and over.
President Kerry, President Kerry, President Kerry, President Kerry.

Secretary of State Sandy Berger. Secretary of Defense Richard Holbrooke. Secretary for Peace (new cabinet position) Madelaine Albright.

Think of the young Marine in Wendy's with Kerry's bony finger jammed into Marine's chest. Think of the young Marine waking up on Nov 3rd in Iraq to learn that his fate is in the hands of Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces John F. Kerry.

Think of the anti-American Eurabia and Arabia itself celebrating Kerry's victory in the streets of Berlin, Cairo, Paris, Fallujah and Najarf. Kerryhu Akbah!

There is nothing more compelling for us to do on November 2nd than to show up at the only Poll that matters.

I know more than a few people who havent voted in years. These people told me they will be voting this year for George Bush. Kerry scares them that much.

All the scenarios I see for Bush losing have to do with various means of vote fraud.

Rush brought this up today too, said it really worried him.

Exactly. Gallup had Bush up 52-39 in the middle of October of 2000.

You are absolutely dead on. I don't see how Kerry can stop the hemorrhage, but I'm working like he's ahead and pulling away! In fact, I'm doing a lot less FR time, because I'm not going to preach to the choir anymore.

Especially since the same people are "monitoring" this election...

We not only need to work to make this election a cheat-proof blowout, we need to keep our powder dry--literally. I put nothing past these people, not a blody thing, and the new media template is "trouble in Florida again." Be ready.

This is another scary man.

Mr. Jimmy Carter. Be prepared for a repeat of what happened in Florida, 2000. He is out there talking about it. The only thing we can hope for is a large winning margin.

Even though I live in the extremely safe state of Texas, I will be at my polling station bright and early on Election Day.

I don't believe in leaving anything to chance.

I think most here are "broken-glass" Republicans.

What, pray tell, is a "broken-glass" Republican?

You can combat vote fraud. You do like our Republican party did here last election. They rented every van from every rental car company for election day, and then promptly sat them in their lots so no Democrats could rent them to drive around and bus voters around to the polls. It worked.
