The man is a traitor just like clintoon, his mentor. What makes people think that he's a patriot--the medals he "won" in 'Nam?

His patriotism is AWOL.

Since he was sent out of the country from his youngest days, he clearly has NO allegiance to America but feels more akin to the french way of life.

I think that patriotism is the wrong word. I question his loyalty to his own country. John Kerry puts his own self interests above his country.

QUESTIONING KERRY'S PATRIOTISM

He gets all hot and bothered about this because he does hate America alot more than the average bear!

Read his father's book. It really is a window into Kerry's warped concept of America.

Besides his waffling on every issue of importance and not really having a coherent plan for what he would do should he become president, Kerry should NOT be president for his traitorous actions alone.

When I was asked by a Kerry supporter why I wasn't voting for Kerry, I told him that I had voted in every presidential election since 1972, and did not plan to EVER cast my vote for a man who betrayed his countrymen.

In a saner period of history, Sen. Kerry would be tried for treason, not running for President.

Not anymore. There is no longer any such words in English as treason and sedition.

I no longer trust The Sheep. They are still in love with The Left, and hey always will be.

"Kerry's book, The New Soldier, displayed VVAW members mocking the marines at Iwo Jima and holding an American Flag upside down. "These people spit on the flag, they burn the flag, they carry the flag upside down, [and] they all but wipe their noses with it in their efforts to show their contempt for everything it still stands for." (John F. McManus, "Kerry Postures as a War Hero," May 5, 2003, The New American.) Kerry's statements show contempt for America: "Our democracy is a farce; it is not the best in the world." — John Kerry in a 1971"

THESE WORDS HAVE TO RESONATE ON EVERY COLLEGE CAMPUS TODAY, JUST AS HIS AND HANOI JANE'S WORDS OF TREASON DID IN THE 70's.

O'Reilly called Kerry a patriot. Kerry has admitted that he committed war crimes in Viet Nam. Kerry radically opposed the Viet Nam war when he returned home by joining the VVAW who voted to assassinate congressional leaders. Kerry's voting record for nearly 20 years as a US Senator shows that he was against every defense system that would be used to protect us. How anyone, O'Reilly included, can label this opportunistic pathological liar a patriot is beyond me?

John Kerry may have very strong patriotic feelings. Unfortunately, that patriotism is not directed toward support of and love for the same America that I hold in great patriotic sentiment.

A replication of the Euro-nanny state kind of country, of unctuous pronouncements of how we "should" and "must" restrain our behavior, and an almost unnatural earnestness in trying to please those who only despise us, is not a recipe for a healthy love of country. America is what it is BECAUSE of unfettered and unrestrained permissiveness, that only slaps on limits when real self-destructive behavior sets in. Our greatest advances have come because some of our most outrageous dreamers being given free rein.

Imperious orders and official demands cannot elicit the kind of free-wheeling thinking that builds new paradigms and opens new lines of thought. If one person dreams of a new vision, and communicates it, the rest of us can share in and help fulfill that vision.

So far, John Kerry has not given us too much of a vision.

The following are my thoughts, and mine alone, I speak for no one else.

The DNC and Kerry are as to Al Qaeda in Iraq, what their counterparts, Sinn Fein and Gerry Adams are as to the IRA in Ireland, they are both nothing more than political mouthpiece wings for terrorist groups.

Having been exposed as they were during the Vietnam era, the DNC and Kerry have now shed their last cloak of patriotic deceit about winning the war on terror in Iraq, It is back to hate America, hate our military. The DNC and Kerry are working in orchestrated coordination with Kofi Annan and the UN, repeating almost verbatim the United Nations resident terrorist prophets of doom and gloom press releases, spieling perfectly the speeches of defeatism from that viper's nest housed there on the Hudson.

Kerry's agenda is first to demoralize America, followed by appeasement, then, surrender to the terrorist enemy's terms in Iraq, he has no intent of winning there, he will use his same scum bag (Momma-T's terminology) anti-war policy from over 30 years ago, CUT and RUN. I do not think it is a matter of him not having the will to fight the terrorists, it is much more profound, he prefers that enemy to win, not Iraq, not America, not the coalition, but the terrorists.

He damned over three million (3,000,000) souls to horrible deaths when he and his hate America cohorts accomplished their betrayal of South Vietnam and consequent pull out from all of South East Asia. Kerry and his Jane Fonda ilk have no regrets whatsoever for their planned actions during those turbulent times, they are proud of their complicity in humiliating America and that 58,000 of our brave troops died there. Even today, as they repeatedly love to say adnauseam, for a mistake.

Listen and pay heed to the DNC and Kerry's rhetoric, pay very, very, close attention, they are really telling America exactly what they are going to do. Abandon the Iraqi people to the tender mercies of insane murderers, as those 3,000,000 decades ago they abandoned, to be slaughtered by their commie filth soul mates in Vietnam and Cambodia.

I have been to Paris. I have talked with both delegations at the peace talks,

That is so bloody pretentious for a 20 something to assume that he has all the wisdom after a couple of meetings.

I don't question his patriotism at all. I don't have to question it. I know he is a traitor. Simple as that. A spade is a spade. He is an anti American traitor.

Now now - let's give Kerry his due -(and ONLY his due!). Kerry IS a war hero - he just neglects to say with which country. "Today, John Kerry holds a place of honor in the Communist War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City for his "heroic" contributions to the North Vietnamese victory."
(Col. J. Wambough, ASAF Ret)

Is he now looking to get medals from Osama and Suddam?

In addition, I believe Kerry was still in the service - out of active duty, but still obligated to reserve duty for several years (bet he was AWOL : ) )(i.e., still a Naval Officer) when he performed his treasonous acts. Therefore, would he not fall under this amendment in the Constitution that renders him ineligible to even hold the office of Senator, let alone run for President?
The constitution says:
AMENDMENT XIV
(1868)
SECTION 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress,
or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil

or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having
previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of
the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an
executive or Judicial officer of
any State, to support the Constitu-
tion of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or
rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the
enemies
thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House,
remove such disability
Article 3
Sect. 3. Treason against the United
States, shall consist only in levy-
ing war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid
and comfort. .

That means that Kerry couldn't even be a dog catcher (at least in my little town where the position is an elected one.)
(Unless I missed there being a 2/3's vote in each house for him - maybe I missed it? (tongue firmly in cheek.)
