Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry (L), seen here with boxer Bernard Hopkins at his arrival in Philadelphia, vowed to fight "a tougher, smarter, more effective" anti-terrorism campaign than President George W. Bush
"Please, please don't hurt me." He is going to look the same way when "W" gets hold of him at the debates.
He makes me want to PUKE!
"Yeah, I like boxing, but baseball is my sport. In fact, Manny Ortez is my favorite player!"
Typical elitist. He sees a brother and automatically assumes the guy is going to hit him!
"OK, Bernard, I think I've got it. I grab it just like this and it's just like eating a foot-long hotdog...but no biting."
"Yeah, John...you do it just like that and I'll give you one of these pretty belts."
"I WILL NEVER TAKE MY EYE OFF THE BALL."
Looks like Lurch is "flinching" and the guy's just talking with his hands.....
He's a total puss....
Not only turned his life around but is to be admired because he told the criminal Don King to "shove it" and walked away from literally millions of dollars when King wanted to be his promoter because Don King would have stolen all of it from him anyway. He truly did it his way knowing that someday his day would come.
I remember when Don King stole $ 22 Million from Larry Holmes. Holmes sued. They settled out of court for $ 11 Million. Don King cried all the way to the bank that day.
But Hopkins learned from things like this.
Kerry, the "more sensative, gentler" fighter.
"I'm warning you--if you hit me in the face, all the botox will squirt out, and you'll get botulism!"
I think that's the best one so far! ;-)
Thank you! It's a compliment,especially coming from a genuine 22 year-old conservative PhD candidate.
"Hey, Senator, wanna buy a belt so you know what it feels like to be a winner for the first and only time in your life?"
This picture reminds me of the "GIF" of the little baby repeatedly punching Hillary while she is hold it. Anybody remember that one?
Forgot the "ing"
I wear pink ties to intimidate my opponent. What do you think?
The real boxer, Hopkins, appears to have a rather bemused look on his face as he watches Kerry attempt the moves.
