That's not true. Its not a "public accommodation" they're running in this case, no more than they'd be required to give the Klan server space on the state website or give them an information booth at the state capitol. The KKK is not a "legitimate" public interest, they're terrorists and racists.

Granted that the primary purpose of the MS State Fair is to showcase ag products, but it is not the only purpose.

Actually I like the idea of them setting up a booth. How about right in front of the shooting rage targets? Or I would even take them in front of the milk bottles at the baseball throw. I bet they would get a lot of attention at either one.
