I am almost sorry I had the day off from work today...had I been working, I would have been on that plane with President Bush. I work for the company that catered that plane and my co-worker Melvin got to do the plane instead. Oh well, I wouldn't have missed that rally for anything. (Except Church, that is,)

They are generally stored on the floor in front of their seats or stowed in the belly luggage compartment.

"Their weapons are in the baggage compartment, Robert"
I wish you didn't clear that mystery up!
Another note, Kerry is reviewing his day. I bad mouthed a leader in Iraq and Vice Pres. Cheney spanked me for it and the President was visiting the troops.
TERESA, WHERE IS MY VODKA!!!!

"TSA swiped `em. Security risks, donchaknow. Can't have those soldiers hijacking the plane." TSA would not be allowed to screen the weapons. They would be guarded by soldiers and loaded into the underbelly by the soldiers themselves, escorted by TSA. As long as they have orders and are being deployed, which they are. Usually they ship them in big wooden crates with a mean looking soldier as a guard. Kinda cool to watch.

Great picture and very fitting for this occasion.

In a normal wartime campaign, Kerry would have gone to Iraq. No one in the MSM is asking him why hasn't he gone to check it out for himself. The DEMs must be very fearful of the way troops would react to him vs. President Bush.

When I see photos like this I am reminded just how blessed we are to have such a great man for president and how hard we have to work to keep him.

"Can anybody anywhere see Kerry doing this? Can anybody imagine the reaction from the troops if he did?"
We still haven't been able to verify his claims that he visited the wounded in the hospital. No pics, no newspaper stories from a guy who would sell his mother down the river for a photo op.
