When did she apologize, doug?
Bump. She did say so.
The are setting Kerry up for a monster hit....Go Swifties!
I said the other day that nothing could get me back to watching CBS News, but I just flashed on 'The CBS Evening News with John O'Neill"...
YES and JFKerry INC. does not want any media attention focused upon this at all, and apparently neither does his media partners.
Seems like they would 'rather' take about forged documents than JFKerry traveling to Paris to meet and greet the enemy.
Moderate democrats will not like what this ad tells and JFKerry and his media whores know it.
Just read the article....hmmmmm.
I hope she rots in hell.
I hope she rots in hell.
the vets I know do not accept her apology
Some apologies are meaningless. I can never forgive Lyndon Johnson for stopping the bombing of North Vietnam while I was still getting shot at in South Vietnam, nor can I ever forgive Jane Fonda for being a traitor to this country, no matter how many time she apologizes.
Jane Fonda, John Kerry, Tom Hayden and the rest of their ilk should have been tried for treason and still be occupying adjoining cells in Leavenworth.
The thing to note is that Fonda made a real apology; she owned up to her actions. No weasel words like: I apologize to those who might have been offended by blah, blah, blah. I'm not a fan of hers by any means, but credit where credit is due.
"Good men died because he lied" would make an excellent lapel pin and bumper sticker message. Does anyone know if those items are for sale?
Her apology came in the wake of veterans making it tough for her to film at a site in New England. Notice her opening ... why apologize to New England veterans?
His so called base wouldn't care if he bit off Theresa's head and the Veterans only care about the fact that he is a traitorous, backstabbing, anti American POS!
Hanoi Jane never really apologized...I think she used the word *regret*...I remember at the time that the VN vets did not consider it an apology.
bump
Fonda is still a flaming liberal, but if she comes forward to either deny or reiterate her "apology," it just highlights what both she AND Kerry did and didn't do.
I'm betting that this ad will graft Hanoi Jane's past right onto Kerry's back. This will be one ad he won't be able to shake, even if Fonda does jump to his rescue.
Jane's history is now Kerry's...and because of it his political career will be HISTORY.
That's what I said the next Bush commercial should be: A voice over a picture of Jane Fonda saying, "Do you know the difference between John Kerry and Jane Fonda? NOTHING except Ms. Fonda apologized to our Vets.
