Someone who was there can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the 2004 Houston Livestock Show was at the Reliant Astrodome (for the last time) - moving next door to Reliant Stadium this year...

I was looking for the name Lucy Ramirez all over, thinking it had some relevant fictional use I've heard before as it sounded familiar. The only reference I could find was this one,
