I was wrong - Dan-o said the right things. He's still a raging liberal Bush-hater, but at least he said he was sorry and made mistakes. That's all I can expect. All hail BuckHead. Now, who's gonna win in November? I think the debates are the only hurdles left, and Bush looked pretty good last time. Let the games begin. Game on.

That wasn't a mistake. It was a deliberate, orchestrated operation involving the DNC, CBS, and Rather. They thought that they could pull the wool over the public's eyes (again), but got caught in short order by some very observant and intelligent folks in PJ's.

Operation "Fortunate Son" has fallen apart, and the left's biggest media mouthpiece has been discredited in the process. All that is left is to finish making the connections and to itemize and reiterate Bush's real guard record.

Game's not on. Sorry. Rather owes President Bush a specific apology and some opportunity for redress.

Nothing less will do.

Second, and even more important, he must apologize TO AMERICA for leading C___BS in their ever more FRAUDLENT campaigning against the PRESIDENT OF OUR COUNTRY simply on the basis that they are in opposition to the conservative ideology. It would be very smart at that time if he recognized what most of America is starting to recognize: that the liberals have been skewing the news media for over 25 years due to that opposition. He would also be wise to state that he would do all he can during his remaining time at that desk acknowledge and to reverse that BIAS ... which was pointed out to him in a book of that name. (he also owes Bernie an apology)
