Matt Drudge just announced that CBS will admit, maybe as soon as tomorrow, that they were 'deceived' and are launching an intensive, in-depth investigation.
CNN had an outsider investigate "Tailwind" and they got hammered and survived....an "insider" investigation will be questioned...
CBS says the docs can't be proved..They have not yet said they are frauds...I am not yet seeing true contrition here.
Looks like what's in #36 is what's happening. CBS is saying they were deceived, Burkett is saying he god the docs from somewhere else, and it appears he (Burkett) is not going to say who the source is.
As Rush says, "The CYA is in progress."
This is disgusting, SOOOO predictable, and barring a miracle totally unprovable.
