Their focus groups polled that if they continue to push this national guard story like they were going to it would only make them look more complicent in the fraud then they already appear to be. So they pulled the attack dogs to regroup for the next "story". Possible....
IMO the "Kerry attack dogs" are lying low because they don't want go on the record and answer the inevitable question of "Did these documents ever touch the hands of the Kerry campaigners?"
